Quick answer: The Quad Lock 360 Flexible Adhesive Base sticks to flat or curved surfaces with 3M adhesive. Its four tabs bend to follow the curve, and a 10mm spacer with M5x30 and M5x45 screws connects your 360 Head or Arm. It is not for very tight curves.

The problem it fixes

A rigid base will not sit flat on a curved dash, helmet or console, so the adhesive peels at the edges. Bendable tabs let the pad follow the curve and keep full contact.

Fitting it

Bend the tabs to match the surface before you peel the liner. Clean the spot, press the base down firmly and leave it 24 hours to bond. Then fit the spacer and attach the 360 Head or Arm with the correct screw.

Can the Flexible Adhesive Base go on a curved dash?

Yes. Bend the four tabs to follow the curve before fitting. It is not meant for very tight curves such as a 180 degree bend.

Why are there two screw lengths?

The M5x30 and M5x45 screws suit different head and arm combinations when you join them to the 10mm spacer.

Do I need to drill anything?

No. It fixes with 3M adhesive.

How long before I can load the adhesive base?

Leave it 24 hours after fitting so the adhesive reaches full strength.

Which surfaces should I avoid?

Soft touch plastics, leather, fabric and textured finishes, because the adhesive cannot grip them properly.
