These Promotional Terms & Conditions apply to all discount codes, promotional offers, cashback campaigns, and bundled deals offered by our website frankiesautoelectrics.com.au.

By participating in a promotion or using a gift voucher, you agree to the following terms:

• No substitutions, rain checks, or cash equivalents will be provided.
• Frankie's Auto Electrics reserves the right to modify, extend, or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice.
• All standard Frankie's Auto Electrics e-commerce terms and conditions apply.

General Terms & Conditions

1. Promotional Offers

• Promotions are available for a limited time only and are subject to availability.
• We reserve the right to change or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Promotions cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases or combined with any other offers unless explicitly stated.

2. Discount Codes

• Discount codes must be entered at checkout to be valid.
• Each code is valid for one-time use only unless otherwise specified.
• Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash or store credit.
• Expiry dates and exclusions (e.g. specific brands, sale items, or services) apply and will be clearly noted where relevant.
• Misuse or unauthorised use of discount codes may result in order cancellation.
• Only one discount code may be used per order. Codes cannot be combined or stacked.
• Limit of one discount per customer (e.g., one use of either FRANKIESEOFY25, FRANKIESEOFY50, FRANKIESEOFY100, FRANKIESEOFY150, or FRANKIESEOFY200).

3. Cashback via Discount Codes

• Cashback for this promotion is provided instantly at checkout via discount codes — not as store credit or gift vouchers.
• Minimum spend thresholds apply as listed in the discount table.
• In the case of a return or refund, the cashback amount applied via code may be deducted from the total refund if eligibility conditions are no longer met.

4. Bundled Promotions & "Buy X, Get Y" Offers

• All items in a bundled promotion must be purchased in the same transaction.
• If a "free gift" is offered, it is subject to availability and may be substituted with a product of equal or greater value.
• Returns on bundles may require all items in the offer to be returned. If partial returns are made, discounts applied to the original transaction may be voided.

5. Eligibility

• Promotions are open to retail customers only unless otherwise specified.
• Wholesale or trade accounts may be excluded.
• Some offers may be limited to one per customer, household, or transaction.

6. Errors & Omissions

• We do our best to ensure promotions run smoothly, but we are not liable for any errors, technical malfunctions, or unauthorised uses of promotional tools.
• If an error is identified (e.g. an incorrectly applied discount), we reserve the right to cancel or amend the order.

7. Promotional Communications

• By participating in a promotion, you agree to receive marketing updates related to the offer.

• Purchase any one of the following qualifying products - Rockford Fosgate P300-12T, P300-8P, or P300-10  and receive one Stinger STK8 wiring kit at no additional cost.
• This promotion is valid until Sunday, 7 September 2026 at 11:59PM AEST.
• The promotional price of the qualifying subwoofer enclosure remains at the current online price. The Stinger STK8 wiring kit is included at $0 and has no cash value.
• This offer is available online at frankiesautoelectrics.com.au and in-store at our Albion Park Rail and South Nowra locations.
• One free Stinger STK8 wiring kit per qualifying unit purchased. 
• The free wiring kit is subject to availability and may be substituted with a product of equal or greater value at Frankie's Auto Electrics' discretion.
• This offer is available while stocks last.
• No rain checks will be issued once stock is exhausted or the promotional period has ended.
• If a return is approved on a qualifying purchase, the free Stinger STK8 wiring kit must be returned unused and in original packaging. Failure to return the wiring kit may result in its RRP being deducted from the refund amount.
• This promotion applies to the listed Rockford Fosgate Punch subwoofer enclosure models only and does not extend to any other Rockford Fosgate products.
