These Promotional Terms & Conditions apply to all discount codes, promotional offers, cashback campaigns, and bundled deals offered by our website frankiesautoelectrics.com.au.

A Buy 1 Get 1 Free promotion is available on the following Hyper Connections products:

The free item is the same product/SKU as the one purchased. This promotion is not applicable across different SKUs and cannot be mixed or matched with other Hyper Connections products.

How the Free Item is Added

  • On the product page: The second item is automatically added to your cart when the product page is opened. No additional action is required.
  • On all other pages (e.g. sale pages, collection pages): The automatic add-to-cart feature does not apply. Customers must manually add the same product twice to their cart to receive the free item.

Frankies Auto Electrics is not responsible for missed Buy 1 Get 1 Free items where the customer did not manually add the second item when browsing outside of the product page.

General Terms & Conditions

1. Promotional Offers

2. Discount Codes

  • Discount codes must be entered at checkout to be valid.
  • Each code is valid for one-time use only unless otherwise specified.
  • Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash or store credit.
  • Expiry dates and exclusions (e.g. specific brands, sale items, or services) apply and will be clearly noted where relevant.
  • Misuse or unauthorised use of discount codes may result in order cancellation.
  • Only one discount code may be used per order. Codes cannot be combined or stacked.
  • Limit of one discount per customer (e.g., one use of either FRANKIESEOFY25, FRANKIESEOFY50, FRANKIESEOFY100, FRANKIESEOFY150, or FRANKIESEOFY200).

3. Cashback via Discount Codes

  • Cashback for this promotion is provided instantly at checkout via discount codes — not as store credit or gift vouchers.
  • Minimum spend thresholds apply as listed in the discount table.
  • In the case of a return or refund, the cashback amount applied via code may be deducted from the total refund if eligibility conditions are no longer met.

4. Bundled Promotions & "Buy X, Get Y" Offers

  • All items in a bundled promotion must be purchased in the same transaction.
  • If a "free gift" is offered, it is subject to availability and may be substituted with a product of equal or greater value.
  • Returns on bundles may require all items in the offer to be returned. If partial returns are made, discounts applied to the original transaction may be voided.
