Pricing & System Errors

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, pricing, and availability are accurate on our website. However, from time to time, errors, inaccuracies, or technical glitches may occur.

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price (including a price of $0.00 due to error or glitch), we reserve the right not to honour such orders unless the price forms part of a valid discount or promotional offer clearly advertised by us.

This includes instances where the incorrect price results from a genuine mistake or system glitch. We also reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies and to update information at any time without prior notice, even after you have placed an order.

Action to be Taken:
If an order has been processed at an incorrect price due to a genuine mistake, system, or pricing error, the affected order will be automatically refunded in full. A notification will be sent to the customer explaining the reason for the refund, and the refund will be processed through the original payment method as soon as possible.

Pre-Order cancellations fee’s are calculated at the time of request and will vary depending on our supplier or manufacture of the item.
Contributing fee’s may also include freight and modification and is evaluated and offered to the customer before any action is taken.

In-stock items may also have cancellation fee’s depending on how quickly the cancellation request is put through, if the item is already pack and billed for shipping, a re-stocking and shipping fee may apply, please follow the steps or email reply to your order message ASAP to ensure any fee’s are at a minimum.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the “Complete Orders” link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.

Standard Shipping

Frankies offers a $12 flat rate for Australia-wide shipping, no matter how many items you order. Some larger or heavier items may incur an additional fee, which will be communicated to you when your order is processed.

Where stock allows, we aim to process and ship all orders within 48 hours (2 business days).

Estimated delivery times:

  • Most capital and regional cities: 3–4 business days

  • Rural or out-of-route areas: allow an additional 3 business days

  • WA, NT, and TAS: currently experiencing longer shipping times

  • Holiday periods (e.g. Christmas): deliveries may be delayed due to increased freight volumes

Important Notice – Damage to Goods

  • Reporting timeframe: Any damage sustained during transit must be reported within 24 hours of delivery to enable us to lodge a freight insurance claim. Claims submitted outside this period cannot be accepted.

  • Photographic evidence: Clear photos or videos of both the packaging and the damage must be provided. These should be sent to Frankies Auto Electrics (sales@frankiesautoelectrics.com.au).

  • Proof of timely notification: Evidence confirming that the damage was reported within 24 hours is required (e.g., a time-stamped email or message).

  • Formal claim submission: A formal written claim must be submitted within 7 business days of receiving the goods

Express Shipping

Express shipping is quoted per delivery location. To request a quote, please call the Albion Park Rail store and ask for an “express shipping quote.” Payment for goods and express shipping can be arranged over the phone.

P.O. Boxes and Parcel Lockers

We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes or Parcel Lockers due to insurance restrictions. An alternative delivery option may be offered, and additional fees may apply.

International Shipping

At this stage, Frankies Auto Electrics cannot ship to international addresses.

Stock Availability

The stock levels shown on our website include items available in-store (Albion Park and South Nowra branches), in our online store, and from our suppliers. If you would like to confirm that an item is available for immediate supply, please contact us before placing your order either online or in-store.

If an item is not in stock, dispatch may take an additional 2–3 business days, depending on supplier availability. We will contact you directly if further delays are expected.

Out of Stock Items

We carry over 6,000 different products, and sometimes we may be waiting on shipments ourselves. If an item is backordered and the lead time is expected to be longer than 8 business days, you will be notified by email. We appreciate your patience, as we always aim to secure the best prices for our customers.

Promotions and Discounts

From time to time, Frankie’s Auto Electrics may offer promotions, discount codes, or special offers through our website, newsletters, or social media channels.
All promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions, including validity dates, applicable products, and eligibility criteria. Promotions cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.

We reserve the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw any promotion at our discretion and without prior notice.
