The problem it fixes

If your bike, boat or work vehicle already has a 1 inch ball base fitted, you should not have to drill new holes. This adaptor lets you keep it and use Quad Lock.

Fitting it

Clamp the adaptor ball into your socket arm, set the angle and tighten the arm. Your Quad Lock case then twists on and locks.

Will it fit my RAM arm?

It suits standard 1 inch ball socket arms such as RAM style B size arms.

Is the arm included?

No, this is the ball adaptor only. You need your own socket arm and base.

Do I need a Vibration Dampener on my motorbike?

Quad Lock strongly recommend one. Engine vibration can damage phone cameras.

Can I use it on a boat?

Yes, if you already have a 1 inch ball base fitted, this lets you lock a Quad Lock case to it.

What is it made from?

Glass filled nylon with stainless steel hardware.
