GME Elevated Feed Antenna Base with Low-Loss Cable (Black): Genuine GME Antenna Accessories

The ABL017 antenna base and lead assembly is an "elevated feed" style base, meaning the antenna is ground-independent.

Rather than installing the base onto the roof of a vehicle, where the antenna uses the flat metal surface as the ground plane, this option allows mounting of the antenna onto many other parts of the vehicle, using a suitable mounting bracket.

Also available in polished silver finish - ABL017.
