Product Overview

The Gator GRV92MKT is a clip-on mirror monitor with two video inputs and two included 1080P cameras, giving a comprehensive view of the vehicle or trailer from a single display. Both cameras can be mounted anywhere on the vehicle or trailer; swipe across the touchscreen to switch between the two feeds.

Camera 1 (small): Compact 1080P CMOS surface mount camera, IP67, 110-degree, 5.4m cable. No gridlines or reverse trigger. Suited for front or secondary rear mounting.

Camera 2 (large/heavy duty): 1080P CMOS surface mount camera, IP67, 110-degree, 20m total PROLINK cable (2×10m). Reverse trigger included — displays parking gridlines when reverse gear is engaged. Suited for primary rear, trailer, or caravan mounting. Compatible with Gator PROLINK extension cables — total cable run extendable to 40m.

Both camera images can be flipped (image flip supported on the display) for front or rear use.

Towing note: For trailer and caravan installations of the large camera, the Gator GTK1 4-pin PROLINK trailer connection kit is recommended (sold separately).

Both are 9.35-inch clip-on mirror monitors. The GRV92MKT provides dual live view cameras (two separate camera feeds switchable on the display) without a built-in dashcam. The GRV96MKT records dashcam footage simultaneously on both channels. Choose the GRV92MKT for dual-camera live view (vehicle + trailer); choose the GRV96MKT for dual-channel dashcam recording.

How do I switch between the two cameras?

Swipe your finger across the 9.35-inch touchscreen to switch between Camera 1 and Camera 2 inputs.

Can the large camera be installed on a trailer or caravan?

Yes. The large camera's 20m PROLINK cable and extendable 40m total range make it well suited to trailer and caravan installation. Gator recommends using the GTK1 4-pin PROLINK trailer connection kit (sold separately) for a clean and reliable tow connection.

How far can the large camera cable be extended?

The large camera uses PROLINK connectors and is compatible with Gator PROLINK extension cables. The maximum supported cable run between camera and monitor is 40m — using the included 20m plus additional PLC10/PLC15/PLC20 extension cables.

Is this system a dashcam?

No. The GRV92MKT displays live camera feeds and supports live streaming but does not include dashcam recording functionality. For dual-channel dashcam recording, see the GRV96MKT.
