The BlackVue Cellink NEO EXP is an expansion battery pack for use with an existing Cellink NEO dash cam battery system. When connected to the NEO, the expansion pack provides additional power capacity beyond what the NEO battery alone can deliver, extending parking mode runtime from a combined full charge of both the NEO and the expansion pack.

The Cellink NEO EXP features built-in Bluetooth for monitoring via the Cellink NEO smartphone app, a built-in LED indicator, and a built-in speaker. It charges in 60 minutes when hardwired via 9A connection, or 1 hour 40 minutes via a 5A cigarette lighter socket. Dimensions are 150mm x 170mm x 38mm with a weight of 1.3kg.
