4700kg - 4WD Hitch Receiver
A handy and safe way to use your tow bar as a recovery point. The Thunder bow shackle and hitch receiver are both rated at 4,700kg and are tested to meet AS 2471-2002 standards. This is a removable recovery point that fits into the hitch receiver of most heavy-duty tow bars and allows the vehicle to be recovered from behind.

Please Note: Tow balls should never be used as recovery points as they are not strong enough and can become a missile in the event of a failure.
