The Stinger STK4 is a complete 4GA amplifier wiring kit designed for 2-channel, 4-channel, or mono-block amplifier installations. It provides everything required for a standard installation, including power and ground cable, two sets of RCA interconnects, speaker wire, MIDI ANL fuse holder, and installation accessories.

Please note: The STK4 uses CCA (copper-clad aluminium) power and ground cable rather than OFC (oxygen-free copper). CCA is a cost-effective conductor material suitable for entry-level installations for premium OFC performance, see the Stinger 4000 Series SK4241 wiring kit.

Both are 4GA amplifier wiring kits, but the SK4241 uses OFC (oxygen-free copper) conductors and is rated to 1,500W/150A, while the STK4 uses CCA (copper-clad aluminium) and includes a 100A fuse. The STK4 is a great value bundle for entry-level installations; the SK4241 is the premium choice for higher-powered or more demanding builds.

What is CCA cable and is it suitable for my installation?

CCA (copper-clad aluminium) uses an aluminium core with a copper coating. It is lighter and more cost-effective than pure OFC copper, and is well-suited to entry-level car audio installations. For high-powered systems or installations requiring maximum current-carrying capacity, OFC wiring is recommended.

Does this kit include speaker wire and RCA cables?

Yes. The STK4 includes 5m of 16AWG speaker cable and two 5m twisted pair RCA interconnects — making it a complete single-purchase bundle for 4-channel amplifier installations.

Does this kit include a remote turn-on wire?
