Quick answer:The SRP-VW001H packages the Stinger HEIGH10 10 inch screen with the mounting kit, interface and harness for select 2005 to 2016 Volkswagens. You get wired CarPlay and Android Auto, dual USB, HDMI input, 6 channel RCA outputs, a DSP with TOSLINK, aptX Bluetooth and iGO navigation.

It keeps the steering wheel audio buttons, the factory antenna and the factory amp, but the optional Dynaudio system needs bypassing. It does not keep the factory reversing camera. Will the SRP-VW001H keep my Amarok reversing camera?

No. The supplier says the factory reverse camera is not retained.

My Golf has Dynaudio, does that matter?

Yes. The supplier says the optional Dynaudio amplified system cannot be retained and needs a bypass.

Will the steering wheel phone buttons work?

Only if the OEM phone buttons are enabled at vehicle level, according to the supplier.
