A complete, all-inclusive infotainment upgrade for the 4th Generation Dodge RAM Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, onscreen climate control (8.4" models), digital vehicle gauges, and factory feature retention bundled with everything needed to install.

Product Overview

The Stinger SRP-RAM13H is a complete HEIGH10 infotainment kit for the Dodge RAM 4th Generation (2013–2020), combining the Stinger HEIGH10 10-inch infotainment system with the SRK-RAM13H RadioPRO Advanced installation kit. Together, they deliver a full CarPlay and Android Auto multimedia experience with deep factory integration via the CH4A-SRK RadioPRO Advanced Vehicle Integration Module.

The kit is compatible with both 5-inch and 8.4-inch factory uConnect display-equipped vehicles. Onscreen climate control is available on 8.4-inch uConnect models only. Factory features retained include steering wheel audio controls, factory amplified audio (if fitted), factory reverse camera (if fitted), factory antenna, onscreen digital gauges, vehicle settings, TPMS display, and USB retention.

Right-Hand Drive note: This kit is designed for USA left-hand drive vehicles but is compatible with Australian right-hand drive vehicles. Temperature, speed, and statistics can be displayed in Celsius and metric in RHD vehicles. However, onscreen climate control layout and vehicle images are fixed to LHD orientation. A free firmware update to add RHD onscreen images and climate control layout was planned for late 2021/2022 confirm current firmware status with F.A.E. before purchasing.

Please note: The factory-matched dash mounting kit is sold separately. Offline iGO navigation is not included and is available separately.

Is the dash mounting kit included in this package?

No. The factory-matched dash mounting kit (sold separately) is required to complete the physical installation. The SRP-RAM13H includes the HEIGH10 and all vehicle integration components, but the dash panel itself is a separate purchase. Contact the F.A.E. team to confirm the correct dash kit for your RAM variant.

Will onscreen climate control work in my RAM?

Onscreen climate control is only available on Dodge RAM models fitted with the factory 8.4-inch uConnect display. Vehicles with the 5-inch factory display do not support this feature.

Is this kit compatible with Australian right-hand drive RAM trucks?

Yes, with limitations. The kit functions correctly in RHD vehicles and displays temperature and speed in Celsius and metric. However, the onscreen climate control layout and vehicle images are fixed to left-hand drive orientation. A firmware update to address this was planned — confirm current firmware status with F.A.E. before purchasing.

Will my factory reverse camera and amplifier be retained?

Yes. The kit includes an HD factory camera retention module for reverse camera retention (where fitted), and the RadioPRO Advanced module retains the factory amplified audio system (where fitted).

Is offline navigation included?

No. The HEIGH10 has a built-in microSD slot ready for iGO offline navigation, but the mapping software is not included. It is available separately via naviextras.com and operates without phone data or reception once installed.
