Product Overview

The Stinger SPD8124 is the larger AGU fused distribution block in the PRO Series the 4-output counterpart to the SPD8120. It accepts two 4GA inputs and provides four individually fused 8GA outputs, each with its own AGU fuse position for per-amplifier protection. AGU fuses from 5A to 60A are compatible.

The clear acrylic high-temperature base and screen-printed snap-off top cover allow visual fuse inspection without tools. Oversized set screws and deep wire recesses provide secure, professional termination.

Fuses are not included.

What is the difference between the SPD8124 and the SPD8120?

Both are PRO Series AGU fused distribution blocks with the same AGU fuse compatibility, clear acrylic cover, and set screw termination. The SPD8120 has one input and two fused outputs — suited to two-amplifier builds. The SPD8124 has two inputs and four fused outputs — suited to four-amplifier builds.

What is the difference between the SPD8124 and the SHD821?

Both are 2-input, 4-output fused distribution blocks. The SPD8124 uses AGU fuses (5–60A) for 4GA to 8GA wiring — suited to lower-powered builds. The SHD821 uses MIDI, AFS, or Mini ANL fuses (up to 175A) for 1/0GA or 4GA to 4GA or 8GA wiring — suited to higher-powered builds.

Are fuses included?

No. AGU fuses must be purchased separately. Select the rating appropriate to each amplifier as stated in its installation manual.
