Keep your factory Nissan reverse camera fully operational when upgrading to an aftermarket infotainment system plug-and-play 22-pin harness, no cutting required.
The Stinger SCNIRT1 is a plug-and-play reverse camera retention harness designed for Nissan vehicles equipped with a 22-pin camera connector at the OEM radio. It allows the factory reverse camera to be retained and used with an aftermarket infotainment system, without cutting or modifying the factory wiring.
Compatible with the Nissan Dualis J10, Navara D22/D40, Pathfinder R51, and X-Trail T31 all models that share the 22-pin Nissan camera connector.
Please note: The vehicle must have the OEM 22-pin camera connector fitted. Before installation, check the OEM camera power voltage to ensure compatibility with the retention harness. Stinger Australia is not liable for damage to factory cameras if incorrect voltage is applied.

How do I know if my Nissan has the 22-pin camera connector?
The SCNIRT1 is designed for Nissan vehicles with a 22-pin camera connector at the OEM radio. The compatible models are the Dualis J10, Navara D22/D40, Pathfinder R51, and X-Trail T31. If you are unsure whether your specific variant has this connector, contact the F.A.E. team to confirm before purchasing.
Why do I need to check the OEM camera power voltage?
Different Nissan models and variants may supply different voltage levels to the factory camera. If the wrong voltage is applied through the retention harness, it can damage the factory camera. Always verify the OEM camera power voltage before completing the installation — Stinger Australia is not liable for camera damage resulting from incorrect voltage application.
Does this harness retain front or side cameras?
No. The SCNIRT1 retains the reverse (rear) camera only. Front and side cameras, if fitted, are not supported by this harness.
Is any cutting or splicing required for installation?
No. The SCNIRT1 is a plug-and-play harness that connects directly to the 22-pin Nissan factory camera connector. No cutting or modification of the factory wiring is required.
Will this harness work with any aftermarket head unit?
The SCNIRT1 outputs the factory camera signal for use with aftermarket infotainment systems. Compatibility depends on your chosen head unit having a reverse camera input (typically RCA). Confirm your head unit's camera input type with the F.A.E. team if unsure.
