The Stinger SCHYRT2 is a plug-and-play reverse camera retention adaptor for the Hyundai i30 GD/GD2 (2012 to 2016, OEM navigation models only) and Hyundai ix35 LM (2014 to 2015, both navigation and non-navigation variants). It passes the factory OEM reverse camera signal to a compatible aftermarket head unit without additional wiring. 24-pin Hyundai-style connector. No splicing or soldering required.

The SCHYRT2 allows the factory reverse camera in the Hyundai i30 GD and ix35 LM to continue operating after an aftermarket head unit is installed. The adaptor passes the factory camera signal through to the new head unit's RCA reverse camera input. For the ix35 LM (2014 to 2015), both navigation-equipped and non-navigation variants are confirmed. For the i30 GD/GD2 (2012 to 2016), compatibility is confirmed for OEM navigation-equipped models only non-navigation i30 GD models are not confirmed.

Note: In some installations, video noise or lines may appear in the camera image. Stinger recommends the PACRPA-VA1 video noise filter (sold separately) to reduce or eliminate this where it occurs.
