Stinger RoadKill OVERKILL is a dense 6mm self-adhesive foam damping sheet designed to eliminate vibrations from door trims, interior plastics, and panel gaps that degrade sound quality and create rattles and squeaks. One RKO12 kit covers 12 square feet (32" x 54") from a single roll enough to treat a full set of door cards, pillar trims, and interior plastics in most vehicles.

Unlike mass-loaded vibration damping sheets (such as RoadKill Expert), OVERKILL works as a compression foam layer placed between two surfaces, its spongy construction absorbs the vibration of trims and plastics pushed against it. It can be used on its own or layered over Stinger RoadKill Expert for a dual-layer solution. The self-adhesive backing bonds directly to the surface with no additional adhesive required; surfaces should be cleaned with wax and grease remover or methylated spirits before application.
