The Stinger RKFR69 is the 6×9-inch version of the Roadkill FAST Ring system. Each kit contains three foam rings designed to work together to acoustically couple the speaker to the factory opening and address the most common acoustic problems in factory 6×9 locations:

1. Gasket ring: Sits between the speaker basket and the mounting baffle surface, sealing the gap and stopping rear wave energy escaping around the speaker.
2. Surround ring: Mounts around the outer edge of the speaker to reduce vibration transfer to the door or parcel shelf panel and minimise destructive wave interference.
3. Backwave pad: A circular foam pad that sits behind the speaker inside the cavity to absorb unwanted reflections from hard surfaces such as inner door skins or parcel shelf substrates.
