The HR9-SB001 connects directly to the factory 20-pin connector, converting it to a standard ISO plug with no permanent wiring changes. The SWC interface retains audio button functions and holds its programming even when battery power is lost. Please note: this kit is compatible with non-navigation models only, and does not retain steering wheel phone buttons if your vehicle is equipped with them.
