The Rockford Fosgate HD9813SG-STG3 is the top-of-range Stage 3 speaker and amplifier kit for 1998-2013 Harley-Davidson Street Glide (FLHX, 2006-2013) and Electra Glide Standard (FLHTI, 1998-2013) with Bat Wing fairing. The kit expands on the Stage 2 system by adding a TMS69BL9813 6x9 inch Element Ready saddlebag retrofit speaker kit for factory H-D hard shell bags (non-fibreglass only), providing full front and rear speaker coverage alongside the TMS6SG 6.5 inch fairing speakers.

The M5-800X4 delivers 800W from a 4-channel IPX6 Element Ready amplifier, and the RFK-HD9813M5 amp installation kit provides all required hardware for fitting the amplifier to 1998-2013 Harley-Davidson models. All speakers are custom tuned to overcome wind, road, and exhaust noise at highway speed. Y-adaptors are included for further expansion to lower fairing, saddlebag, or Tour-Pak positions.

A multimedia source unit can be added to upgrade this system to the PMX-STG3 configuration (sold separately).

What is the difference between Stage 2 and Stage 3?

The Stage 2 kit (HD9813SG-STG2) covers fairing speakers only with the same 800W M5-800X4 amplifier. The Stage 3 kit adds the TMS69BL9813 6x9 inch saddlebag retrofit speaker kit for full fairing and saddlebag coverage. If you want sound from both the front fairing and the rear saddlebag positions, Stage 3 is the recommended upgrade.

Is the saddlebag speaker kit compatible with all H-D saddlebags?

No. The TMS69BL9813 saddlebag kit is compatible with factory H-D hard shell bags with ABS plastic lids only. It is not compatible with fibreglass lids or with the H-D Power Lock Kit. Please confirm your saddlebag lid material before purchasing.

Does this kit work on CVO or Screaming Eagle models?

The HD9813SG-STG3 is not plug-and-play for CVO and Screaming Eagle models and will require modification. Please contact us before purchasing if you have a CVO or Screaming Eagle model to confirm what is involved.
