Product Overview
The Rockford Fosgate HD9813RGU-STAGE3 is a complete Stage 3 audio system designed specifically for 1998-2013 Harley-Davidson Road Glide Ultra (FLTRU) models with Shark Nose fairing. The kit provides full 6-speaker coverage across fairing, TourPak, and saddlebag positions, driven by a TM400X4ad 400W 4-channel Class-ad amplifier. Direct-connect wiring harnesses bolt to factory attachment points with no drilling or cutting required.
The PMX-HD9813 digital media receiver provides Bluetooth wireless streaming, USB and AUX inputs, Pandora control, AM/FM digital tuner, and SiriusXM-ready connectivity. Two TMS6RG 6.5 inch 2-way Element Ready fairing speakers feature phase-aligned 25mm tweeters and Road Glide grilles. Two TMS5 5.25 inch Element Ready full range speakers fill the TourPak positions. Two TMS69 6x9 inch Element Ready speakers with grilles, basket protectors, mounting rings, and baglid cutting templates complete the saddlebag installation for factory H-D hard shell bags (ABS plastic lids only). All speakers are frequency-response tuned to overcome wind, exhaust, and road noise up to 75 MPH. Radio integration supports front/rear fader control. Y-adaptors support further speaker expansion.

- CVO and Screaming Eagle models are not plug-and-play and will require modification

Plug-and-Play with No Drilling or Cutting: Bolts directly to factory attachment points using direct-connect wiring harnesses purpose-built for 1998-2013 Road Glide Ultra models.

This product has been replaced by the HD9813RG-STG3 + TMS5 + PMX-HD9813 combination. Please contact us for current product availability and the equivalent replacement configuration.
Is the saddlebag speaker kit compatible with all Road Glide Ultra saddlebags?
No. The TMS69 saddlebag kit is compatible with factory H-D hard shell bags with ABS plastic lids only. It is not compatible with fibreglass lids or the H-D Power Lock Kit. Please confirm your saddlebag lid material before purchasing.
Does the HD9813RGU-STAGE3 work on CVO or Screaming Eagle Road Glide models?
The kit is not plug-and-play for CVO and Screaming Eagle models and will require modification. Please contact us before purchasing if you have a CVO or Screaming Eagle model to confirm what is involved.
What does the DSR1 Loop-Thru Harness do?
The DSR1 Loop-Thru Harness is included to support factory amp bypass in systems where the Road Glide Ultra has a factory amplifier. It allows the signal path to be correctly routed through the PMX-HD9813 source unit without the factory amplifier interfering with the output. Please note the radio is not compatible with factory amplified systems.
Does the kit include SiriusXM satellite radio?
No. The PMX-HD9813 source unit is SiriusXM-ready but the tuner module is sold separately and is required for satellite radio reception.
