The Rockford Fosgate HD9813RGU-STAGE2 is a complete Stage 2 audio upgrade kit designed specifically for 1998-2013 Harley-Davidson Road Glide Ultra (FLTRU) models with Shark Nose fairing. The kit bolts directly to factory attachment points using direct-connect wiring harnesses with no drilling or cutting required.
The PMX-HD9813 digital media receiver provides Bluetooth wireless streaming, USB and AUX inputs, Pandora control, AM/FM digital tuner, and SiriusXM-ready connectivity. Two TMS6RG 6.5 inch 2-way Element Ready fairing speakers with phase-aligned 25mm tweeters and Road Glide grilles handle the front stage. Two TMS5 5.25 inch Element Ready full range speakers fill the TourPak positions. The TM400X4ad 400W 4-channel Class-ad amplifier drives 2 channels to the fairing speakers and 2 channels to the TourPak speakers. All speakers are frequency-response tuned to overcome wind, exhaust, and road noise up to 75 MPH. Radio integration supports front/rear fader control. Y-adaptors are included for future expansion to lower fairing, saddlebag, or Tour-Pak positions.
Important: This product has been replaced by HD9813RG-PMX-STG2 + TMS5. This kit is also not compatible with factory amplified systems, CB, intercom, rear volume controls, rear speakers on 1998-2005 Ultra models, or factory-equipped satellite radio systems. TM400X4ad 400W 4-Channel Class-ad Amplifier: Delivers 2 channels for fairing speakers and 2 channels for TourPak speakers, with external heatsink, mounting brackets, and complete power wiring via the RFK-HD9813 amp mounting kit.

The Stage 3 kit (HD9813RGU-STAGE3) adds a 6x9 inch saddlebag retrofit speaker kit for full 6-speaker coverage across fairing, TourPak, and saddlebag positions. If complete on-bike audio coverage including saddlebag is required, Stage 3 is recommended.
Is this kit compatible with factory amplified Road Glide Ultra models?
