Quick answer: The Quad Lock Motorcycle Knuckle Adaptor goes between your Quad Lock motorcycle mount and the index head. It lifts the phone and adds another pivot, so you can clear clocks and cables and still see the screen.

The problem it fixes

On some bikes the phone sits too low or hits the clocks, bar clamp or brake lines. The knuckle raises it and gives you a second angle to play with.

Fitting it

Unbolt the index head from your mount, fit the knuckle adaptor, then bolt the head back on top. Set the angle and tighten everything before you ride.
