Quick answer: The Quad Lock 360 Flat Rectangle Base 2 Hole screws to a flat surface using the AMPS hole pattern and takes 10G or M5 countersunk screws. A 10mm spacer and two screws come with it to connect a 360 Head or Arm.

Fitting it

Mark the holes, drill pilot holes and screw the base down with two countersunk 10G or M5 screws. Fit the 10mm spacer and attach your 360 Head or Arm with the supplied screws.

Questions we get asked

Are the screws to fix the base supplied?

No. You supply two 10G or M5 countersunk screws to suit the surface. The screws in the box are for joining the spacer to your head or arm.

Will the 2 Hole base fit an AMPS pattern mount?

Yes. It uses the universal AMPS hole spacing.

Should I get the 2 hole or 4 hole base?

The 2 hole base is smaller and quicker to fit. The 4 hole base gives the strongest connection on rough terrain or heavy vibration.

Can I screw it into a curved surface?

It is a flat base. For gently curved surfaces look at the 360 Flexible Adhesive Base.

Does the flat base include a phone head?

No. Add a Quad Lock 360 Head to finish the mount.
