Handlebars, roll bars, rails and trolley frames come in different sizes and angles, and a one size clamp slips or cracks. This clamp uses spacers to fit the bar properly and holds the 360 system steady.

Fitting it

Pick the spacer that matches your bar, wrap the clamp around it and tighten the bolts evenly with the hex key. Set the angle before the final tighten, then fit your 360 Arm or Head.

Which bar sizes does the Medium Bar Clamp fit?

22mm, 25mm, 28mm and 32mm round bars, using the three spacers in the box.

Does the 360 Bar Clamp come with a phone head?

No. It is the base only. Add a Quad Lock 360 Head, and an Arm if you need more reach.

Can I mount the bar clamp on a diagonal tube?

Yes. It can be fixed vertically, diagonally or horizontally.

How do I measure my bar for the right clamp?

Wrap a strip of paper around the bar, mark the overlap and divide that length by 3.14. Between 22 and 32mm is the Medium, 10 to 16mm is the Small.

Will the bar clamp scratch my handlebars?

The spacers sit between the clamp and the bar. Tighten evenly and do not over torque it.
