Parkmate CDD-28KN HD Colour CMOS Reverse Camera

Backing out of a tight driveway when you cannot see the kerb, the bin or a small bike behind you turns a simple job into guesswork. The Parkmate CDD28KN is a small square body camera that gives you a live rear view on a screen with a 170 degree lens and parking grid lines. It is rated IP67 and lists 0.2 lux minimum illumination for low light.

Fitment

• It mounts on an adjustable vertical bracket, so the angle can be set to suit your number plate area.
• Parkmate's own guide says to pick a flat, centred spot near the number plate lamp, fix the bracket with 3M tape and two screws, and run the camera wire through a small drilled hole.
• The camera has a red trigger wire, and Parkmate has a support article on where that wire connects which uses the CDD28KN as its worked example.
