Product features

The OEX ACX6530 is a single way, panel mount mega fuse holder rated to 500A, with end connection entry and stainless steel studs.

The main feed from a big lithium bank or a second alternator needs a fuse close to the source, and an inline holder flopping about on the cable is not the way to do it. This holder bolts to a panel so the heavy cables have a fixed, tidy point to land on.

Choosing the setup

Match the fuse to the cable size, not the load. Where cables need to come in from the side, OEX makes the side entry ACX6531. Mega fuses are sold separately.

Does it come with a fuse?

No. Mega fuses are sold separately.

What voltage is it rated for?

OEX does not publish a voltage rating. Ask us before using it on a 48V system.

How does the ACX6530 mount?

It bolts to a panel, and the cables land on its stainless studs from the end. If your cables have to come in from the side, OEX makes the ACX6531 instead.

Which fuses does it take?

Mega (SFI) type fuses, up to the holder maximum of 500A. Pick the fuse to suit the cable size.
