The OEX ACX5611 is a surface mount housing for a single 29mm OEX socket, designed to sit on top of a surface rather than flush through it. Where a flush-mount installation requires a panel cutout, the ACX5611 attaches directly to a flat surface a console, tray, caravan wall, storage drawer or custom panel giving a clean, purpose-built home for one socket without cutting into the surface. Compatible with the OEX ACX5607 Engel-style socket and other OEX sockets with a 29mm mounting diameter. Socket sold separately. Covered by a one year warranty.

Not every installation has a flat dash or panel to cut into. The ACX5611 solves that by providing a compact housing that mounts on top of the surface, with a 29mm opening for the OEX socket to fit through. The 50x54x80mm footprint keeps the housing small enough for tight console and tray locations. For installations where two sockets are needed in the same surface-mount location, the ACX5609 twin socket unit has its own integrated housing.
