The OEX ACX1940RBL is a 12V, 40A normally open mini relay with resistor spike protection, supplied as a single unit. The five-blade terminal configuration is the standard mini relay footprint used across a wide range of automotive relay sockets and harnesses, making it a direct-fit replacement for switching accessories, lighting, fans and other 12V loads. The ACX1940RBL is the single-unit version of the ACX1940RB, sharing identical specifications 12V, 40A, normally open, standard five-blade ISO footprint, resistor spike protection, IP67 sealed housing, silver tin oxide contacts and removable mounting tab. The single blister pack suits individual installations and replacements where the bulk pack of 20 is more than required.

At 40A the ACX1940RBL handles driving lights, LED light bars, electric fans, compressors, air lockers, horns and other mid to high current accessories. The resistor spike protection suppresses the voltage spike generated when the relay coil is de-energised, protecting sensitive electronics and ECU outputs in the triggering circuit.
