Titan Xenon HID Work Lamps
Specifically designed for heavy-duty applications such as mining, earth moving, forestry, and construction. The Titan lamps feature a heavy-duty mounting bracket with an improved double-acting, shock-absorbing mechanism that dampens shock and absorbs even the most severe vibration. The supporting plate and bracket are stainless steel with nylon nuts while the lamp body is now rated to IP67 featuring a fully sealed one-piece molded housing made of fibre reinforced nylon with recessed GORE TEX® breather for maximum protection against water, dust, and moisture ingress. For faster, easier, and more secure connection Deutsch® connectors are now standard on Titan lamps, a result of market feedback.

The glass is specially hardened to withstand the dramatic changes in temperature often occurring from pressure washing after prolonged use or conditions associated with snow and ice. The extraordinary performance of Titan H.I.D is further enhanced with the internally mounted Gen 5 ballast technology from Osram Germany that starts the D1S globe quicker and has a faster warm-up period than the earlier D2 technology.

The globe provides more than 3,000 hours of life which is five times that of a halogen globe and three times the amount of light with less power consumption. H.I.D is much whiter than halogen lighting and closer to the natural colour of daylight at 4150°K (Kelvin), making it more comfortable on the eyes. Titan is the ultimate workhorse for an extreme environment, providing durability and extraordinary illumination.
