The Motobatt MB12U, SKU MB12U, is a sealed 12V AGM Quadflex motorcycle battery rated at 170 CCA.

Four brass terminals let one battery cover more bikes than a two post design.

Problems it solves

  • A flat starter battery on a cold morning. The MB12U gives 170 CCA at minus 18 degrees.
  • Terminal layouts that differ from bike to bike. Quadflex puts posts on both sides.
  • Filling acid before fitting. It comes factory activated and sealed.

What is in the box

Motobatt lists two MPC2 terminal caps, two MPS2 screws, an MPAK2 Allen wrench and an MPBS5 spacer as MB12U accessories.

Install notes

It arrives factory activated, so there is no acid to add. Ask us to swap the MB12U in when the old battery comes out.
