The MDSP108A is Morel's flagship 8-channel Class D DSP amplifier in the MDSP series, delivering 80 watts RMS x 4 on channels 1-4 and 160 watts RMS x 4 on channels 5-8, with the four higher-power channels bridgeable to 320 watts x 2 at 2 ohms and stable at 2 ohms for 160 watts x 4 operation. The eight-channel output configuration supports the most demanding multi-way active speaker system builds, providing dedicated amplification for front tweeters, front midrange, front woofers, rear speakers, and subwoofer channels from a single amplifier without the complexity of multiple separate units. Eight high-level speaker inputs provide comprehensive OEM integration capability, accepting the complete speaker channel output from most factory head units and amplified systems without a line output converter. Two RCA low-level inputs and an optical digital input offer additional source flexibility, while the USB OTG port supports firmware updates and offline tuning. Morel's SLAM technology maintains factory amplifier stability throughout the integration. High-resolution 24-bit/96kHz DSP with parametric EQ, adjustable crossovers, and per-channel input and output EQ provides complete system-wide fine-tuning. Bluetooth is optional.
