The Morel HYBRID 52 delivers superior performance in the popular 5.25" format, representing fifteen years of evolution in high-fidelity speaker design. This refined 2-way system features a 133mm woofer with 54mm Hexatech™ aluminum EVC and DPC one-piece cone architecture for enhanced bass reproduction compared to the smaller 4" version. The handcrafted MT-450 soft dome tweeter employs Morel's innovative Acuflex™ technology for natural, non-fatiguing high-frequency reproduction with extended response from 45 Hz to 25 kHz. Each driver utilizes hybrid and double magnet motors for optimal performance and efficiency. The system includes the MXR 240.2 crossover network for precise frequency division between the woofer and tweeter. With elegant brushed aluminum trim complementing the sophisticated internal componentry, the HYBRID 52 delivers 120W RMS power handling with improved 90 dB sensitivity.
