Dedicated 3.5" midrange driver featuring Morel's triple-layer carbon fiber cone technology with large 2.1" voice coil for exceptional mid-frequency control.

The Morel ELATE CARBON MM3 represents a masterpiece of midrange engineering, combining a large 54mm (2.1") voice coil with Morel's EVC motor design and highly efficient neodymium magnet system. The newly developed triple-layer carbon fiber/Rohacell cone delivers incredible stiffness, high damping, and lightweight performance for remarkable control and low distortion. With exceptional power handling and low resonant frequency, the MM3 is capable of playing lower in frequency than other midrange drivers of its size, while maintaining the right balance of acoustic and mechanical attributes for very flat frequency response. The 67mm overall diameter allows installation in most OEM midrange locations, making it ideal for custom 3-way system builds or midrange upgrades. With its die-cast construction and 4-ohm impedance, the MM3 provides beautifully smooth midrange reproduction and excellent tonal balance for discerning audio enthusiasts seeking reference-quality performance.
