Super bright coax speakers, no way you would want to actually use the +3db for the tweeters on the included crossover. Very big improvement in sound stage on a stock system, not that much better when amped. Very loud and responsive, and almost too bright for my ears, took a fair bit of DSP work to tame them when amplified. Incredible bang for buck.
