If your 100Ah AGM keeps letting you down after a weekend of running the fridge, a lithium swap is the most common fix we see. The Invicta Black 12V 100Ah is designed to replace a similar size lead acid battery, gives you more usable capacity, and lets you watch state of charge on your phone.

Inside is LiFePO4 chemistry, the same type Invicta uses across its range, rated at 12.8V and 100Ah. It weighs 10.5kg, and Invicta rates it for 2000+ cycles at 100% depth of discharge, which is a big step up from lead acid in daily use.

Questions we get asked

What size inverter can this battery run?
Invicta works this out by multiplying nominal voltage by max continuous discharge. For this battery that is 12.8V x 100A = 1,280W. Allow some headroom and check the inverter's own surge figures before you buy.

Can it be mounted on its side?
Yes. Invicta says its batteries can be mounted on their side, just not upside down.

Can I charge it from solar?
Yes, as long as your solar regulator is set to a lithium charging profile. The max charge voltage on the Invicta specification sheet is 14.6 ± 0.1V.

Can I connect more than one together?
Yes, within the limits on the Invicta specification sheet: 4S/4P (S is series, P is parallel). Use matching batteries and ask us if you are planning a larger bank.

How do I check the charge level?
Download the free Invicta Black app on Apple or Android. It shows state of charge, voltage, current and temperature, which is handy when the battery is in a box or behind a seat.

What warranty does it come with?
