If your 20Ah sealed lead acid battery is heavy, slow to charge and losing capacity every year, a lithium swap makes sense. This 12V 20Ah battery uses LiFePO4 chemistry with a built in BMS, has M6 terminals, and gives you usable capacity right to the bottom instead of a sagging voltage.

Inside is LiFePO4 chemistry, the same type Invicta uses across its range, rated at 12.8V and 20Ah. It weighs 3.0kg, and Invicta rates it for 2000+ cycles at 100% depth of discharge, which is a big step up from lead acid in daily use.

Questions we get asked

What size inverter can this battery run?
Invicta works this out by multiplying nominal voltage by max continuous discharge. For this battery that is 12.8V x 25A = 320W. Allow some headroom and check the inverter's own surge figures before you buy.

Can it be mounted on its side?
Yes. Invicta says its batteries can be mounted on their side, just not upside down.

Can I charge it from solar?
Yes, as long as your solar regulator is set to a lithium charging profile. The max charge voltage on the Invicta specification sheet is 14.6 ± 0.1V.

Can I connect more than one together?
Yes, within the limits on the Invicta specification sheet: 4P OR 4S (S is series, P is parallel). Use matching batteries and ask us if you are planning a larger bank.

What warranty does it come with?
Invicta lists seven years for this range. Keep your receipt, and contact us if you ever need to make a claim.
