Multi-Amplified System Without Limits On the Number of Ways

SPL Show 2CH AB-Class Amplifier
The Hertz HP 802 is an AB Class stereo SPL car audio amplifier, able to deliver up to 1800W. The power supply stage is overbuilt featuring components selected for their robustness, efficiency and reliability even for extended time operation. The output stage features an oversized power supply with 4 toroidal transformers, providing the ability to deliver remarkable power and work stable into 1 Ohm load.

The array of the featured filters is remarkably complex, beyond the standards of mobile electronics in this category: separate Hi-Pass and Lo-Pass filters, able to be configured into a 50 Hz – 10 Hz adjustable Band-Pass filter.

A parametric equalizer is also on board, to optimize the response on amplified channels, as well as a Pre Out, to re-launch the input signal to another HP802 in a multi-amplified system without limits on the number of ways.

Features:

  • In order to deliver such extraordinarily high power, the power supply stage features 4 toroidal transformers, 8 - 2200 uF 105° Low ESR primary capacitors for a total of 17600Uf, 120A TO247 MOSFETS and 4 - 3300uF secondary capacitors capable of 80V
  • The AB-Class output stage provides stability into 1 Ω stereo or 2 Ω mono loads and features 20 - 10A/200V impulsive BJT: robust power and thermal dissipation without compromise
  • By-passable Hi-Pass and Lo-Pass filter, separately activated or in combination to create a Band-Pass for each speaker
  • Parametric equalizer with Q, Frequency and Gain control, to optimize each speaker’s response
  • Full range Pre output to re-launch the signal to other amplifiers in a multi-amplified system
