Operating Modes

The HELIX HEC HD USB Interface offers two operating modes to suit your device needs:

• Full Speed Mode (default): Highest compatibility with all Android, iOS, macOS, and Windows devices. Supports sample rates up to 96 kHz / 32 Bit with no driver installation necessary.

• High Speed Mode: Compatible with most Android devices (version 6 and above), iOS, macOS, and Windows. Supports sample rates up to 192 kHz / 32 Bit. Requires additional driver installation on Windows for sample rates above 96 kHz / 32 Bit.

Important Notes

• No connection wires included: You will need a MiniUSB cable for most setups.

• For Android devices, an additional MicroUSB OTG cable is required.

• For Apple devices, an additional Camera Connection Kit or Lightning to USB cable is required.

• The interface does not support charging.
