Product Overview

The GME AE4005 is a 380mm flexible black heat shrink UHF CB (477 MHz) antenna with 2.1 dBi gain. Unlike the ground-dependent AE4001 and AE4002, the AE4005 uses a ground-independent design it does not require a steel mounting surface to form the antenna ground plane, making it suitable for fibreglass, aluminium, and non-metallic vehicle and vessel bodies.

The AE4005 uses an M10 stud mount, which installs through a drilled hole and is secured with the included M10 nut. The kit includes a 4.5m coaxial cable and PL259 plug (PL2592S) a complete installation package.
