Product Overview

The GME AE3001 is an 820mm black fibreglass mobile UHF/VHF digital TV antenna developed for the heavy vehicle and caravanning industries. Unlike the AE3000 (an omni-directional active marine antenna), the AE3001 is a passive whip-style antenna designed for installation on trucks, buses, caravans, and motorhomes where a robust, ground-mounted antenna is required.

The antenna uses linear-loaded sections to cover both VHF and UHF digital TV channels meaning it does not require an active amplifier to receive both band groupings. It is factory tuned and ready to install with no adjustment required.

The kit includes a standard mounting base, 5 metres of low-loss coaxial cable, and an F-type connector everything needed for a complete installation.
