Product Overview

The Gator G22V is a vehicle-specific reverse camera for the Ford Ranger PX (2012–2015). It replaces the factory tailgate handle with a housing that integrates the reverse camera providing a completely discreet, OEM-appearance installation with no additional drilling. The factory tailgate lock is retained; no extra keys are needed.

The 168-degree wide-angle lens minimises rear blind spots. PAL/NTSC and parking guidelines are both switchable via loop cuts during installation.

Loop system:

  • White loop: Default NTSC → cut for PAL
  • Blue loop: Default parking guidelines ON → cut to remove guidelines

For Australian PAL head units — cut the white loop during installation.

IP68 rated, –20°C to +70°C operating temperature, built for Australian conditions.
