Dynacore is an advanced thermo-acoustic material with a black fibre core engineered to absorb low and mid-frequency sound waves while providing thermal insulation in automotive and industrial applications. The fibre core construction differs from Dynaliner's closed cell rubber — where Dynaliner blocks heat through near-zero air infiltration, Dynacore uses a fibrous structure that actively absorbs sound energy across the low and mid-frequency range. At 12mm thick, Dynacore provides substantial acoustic absorption and thermal resistance while remaining lightweight, flexible, and compressible for installation on varied surfaces. Heat resistance to 177°C (350°F) makes it suited to firewall, engine bay, and under-hood applications in addition to standard interior panels.
