The Dynamat 10465 Xtreme Mega Pak contains nine 609mm x 1219mm (24" x 48") sheets of Dynamat Xtreme at 2.16mm (0.085") thickness, giving 72 sq ft (6.69sqm) of total coverage. Designed for large-scale treatments covering the majority of a vehicle's interior surfaces in a single purchase.
The Mega Pak is the largest single-purchase option in the Dynamat Xtreme range. Nine sheets at 609mm x 1219mm provide enough material to cover doors, floors, roof, rear deck, trunk, and quarter panels across most standard vehicles. Dynamat Xtreme uses a butyl rubber compound bonded to an aluminium alloy skin and formulated with Vector Chemistry, giving it strong damping performance and the flexibility to stretch and conform around curved and ribbed panel surfaces without tearing. At 2.16mm, the Mega Pak sheets are the thickest in the Dynamat Xtreme range, delivering maximum damping efficiency for high-noise environments. The aluminium skin handles high-temperature areas including firewalls and under-hood surfaces. Self-adhesive butyl rubber backing bonds to bare metal without surface preparation or a heat gun.

How much area does the Dynamat 10465 Mega Pak cover?
Nine sheets at 609mm x 1219mm give 72 sq ft, equivalent to approximately 6.69sqm. This is enough to cover doors, floors, roof, rear deck, trunk, and quarter panels across most standard vehicles in a single purchase.
How does the 10465 Mega Pak compare to the 10455 Bulk Pack?
The Mega Pak uses larger sheets (609mm x 1219mm vs 457mm x 812mm), is thicker (2.16mm vs 1.7mm), and provides significantly more coverage per pack (6.69sqm vs 3.34sqm). Choose the Mega Pak for a full vehicle treatment or a high-noise vehicle where maximum damping is the priority.
Does Dynamat Xtreme need a heat gun to install?
No. Dynamat Xtreme is self-adhesive and bonds to bare metal at room temperature without a heat gun. A Dynaroller tool is recommended to press sheets flat and ensure complete contact.
Can the 10465 sheets be cut to fit irregular panel shapes?
Yes. Dynamat Xtreme cuts cleanly with scissors or a razor knife and conforms to curved and ribbed panel surfaces without tearing.
Is the 10465 suitable for under-hood and firewall installations?
Yes. The aluminium alloy skin layer makes Dynamat Xtreme suitable for high-temperature areas including firewalls and under-hood surfaces in addition to standard interior panels.
