It replaces the factory mirror using the existing windscreen mirror mount and includes a mirror mount bracket suited to the Ford Ranger and Mazda BT-50. The 9.66" MIPI IPS full screen display at 1280x320 resolution activates automatically when reverse is selected and displays the 1080P AHD camera image with parking gridlines. When the vehicle moves out of reverse, the display returns to standard mirror operation.

The kit includes a 1080P AHD 120-degree rear camera with two mounting options: butterfly surface mount or glass mount. The camera connects to the mirror monitor via the included 6-metre camera extension cable with integrated trigger wire.
