Product features

The DNA AXA122 is a universal pillar mount AM/FM car antenna with a chrome base and a three section stainless steel mast that extends to 121cm. The lead has a grommet already fitted to seal where it passes through the body.

Common reasons to fit one

Old pillar antennas seize half way up, snap at a car wash or rust at the base, and reception drops away. Older cars, classics and work utes often still use the pillar mount style, and this is a straightforward bolt in replacement for them.

Install notes

Check the angle of your factory mount before removing the old antenna, because pillar mounts vary between cars. Clean the earth contact back to bare metal so AM reception stays clear. Run the lead behind the kick panel to the head unit, away from heater and ECU looms.

Warranty

This comes with the manufacturer's warranty through the Australian distributor. See the manufacturer's terms for details, plus our guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.
