Add Camera Inputs To SYNC 3 Systems

Designed to be used with Ford's SYNC 3 platform with 8" Displays, the AXAC-FD1 features:

• 4 Camera Inputs
• Individual input triggers for each camera channel
• 12v Switched Output for camera power

Great for use with forward facing cameras, reverse cameras, additional reverse cameras including trailer cameras as well as blind spot camera applications to see where you can't!

With built-in CAN Bus decoder available for select vehicles, trigger cameras by reverse gear, reverse to drive gear selection, left indicator and right indicator.

Each input channel can also be triggered using built in analogue trigger wires with 12v+ or negative signals using the AXXESS Updater application available free from Axxessinterfaces.com.

Compatibility Notes:

• Designed for 8" SYNC 3 Displays ONLY (not compatible with 4.2" or 6.5" displays in AUS/NZ Market)
• Interface will require configuration via Windows PC via USB using Axxess Interfaces Updater application available HERE
• Not all vehicles have CAN-BUS data available for triggers, You may need to analogue trigger inputs for triggering cameras
• Cameras are setup in priority (1 more important, than 2, 2 more than 3, etc)
• When retaining OEM Camera, only 3 camera inputs can be used.
• If vehicle is equipped with factory navigation you can only use the Front and Reverse camera inputs.
• Due to the factory head units Video in Motion software you will not be able to display video image while driving.
• If the factory navigation system is in use and a camera is manually activated this will cause a sync issue with the GPS signal and may cause inaccurate navigation information until the GPS signal is re-synced.
