Product Overview

The Aerpro SWMC7C is a CANBUS and fibre optic steering wheel control interface designed for various Mercedes models fitted with MOST 25 amplified systems. It includes a harness fitted with a vehicle-specific plug that connects directly into the existing factory wiring in the vehicle without cutting or modifying the factory harness. No additional modules are required for CANBUS or fibre optic vehicles.

The SWMC7C is compatible with SW-type patch leads (sold separately), supports the OEM phone button when enabled from factory and connected to a compatible aftermarket Bluetooth head unit, and retains the MOST 25 OEM amplified system. To maintain the MOST 25 OEM amplified system, the aftermarket head unit must have RCA pre-outs. The SWMC7C is not compatible with Harman Kardon amplified systems and does not allow the OEM clock to be adjusted.

Outputs include reverse trigger (purple/white), park brake (green), speed pulse (pink), and illumination (orange). Voice Assistant support is available; if the steering wheel controls do not include a dedicated Voice Assistant button, the answer button functions as voice support instead, provided the aftermarket head unit and paired phone also support the Voice Assistant feature.
