The Aerpro SWMB9C is a CAN-BUS steering wheel control interface for compatible Mitsubishi vehicles, retaining OEM steering wheel controls, OEM amplifier, 360-degree reverse camera, AUX input, and USB input when installing an aftermarket head unit. Fitted with a vehicle-specific plug for direct connection to the existing vehicle wiring. Reverse trigger, park brake, and speed pulse outputs provided. Without a vehicle-specific interface, installing an aftermarket head unit in these vehicles results in loss of steering wheel controls, the OEM amplified system, the 360-degree camera, and AUX and USB inputs. The SWMB9C retains all of these functions through a direct plug connection to the vehicle's existing wiring, with no additional CAN-BUS modules required.

OEM amplifier retention is supported, but the attenuator and fade controls are not. OEM AUX and USB inputs are retained when the aftermarket head unit has compatible rear USB and AUX inputs. The 360-degree reverse camera is retained and displays on the aftermarket head unit when the head unit has an RCA camera input. Phone button compatibility is supported on compatible Bluetooth head units. Voice assistant button support is not available on this interface.
