Aerpro SWHO8C Steering Wheel Control Interface for Honda City 2014 Onwards HRV 2014 to 2016 and Jazz GF 2014 Onwards

The Aerpro SWHO8C is an analogue steering wheel control (SWC) interface for Honda City (2014 onwards), Honda HRV (2014 to 2016) and Honda Jazz GF (2014 onwards). It retains factory steering wheel audio controls, supports phone and voice assistant buttons and provides a speed pulse output. No wire cutting is required.

Product overview

The SWHO8C bridges the factory steering wheel control signals to the aftermarket head unit using an analogue interface and SW patch lead, with a vehicle-specific plug that connects directly into the factory wiring without modification. Phone button and voice assistant button functionality are both supported. If the steering wheel does not have a dedicated voice assistant button, the answer button functions as phone support instead. Both the aftermarket head unit and connected phone must support the voice assistant feature for full voice functionality.

A speed pulse output is provided, supplying the aftermarket head unit with vehicle speed data for navigation accuracy and speed-dependent audio functions where supported. No outputs are available for reverse trigger, park brake, illumination or amplifier remote. OEM amplified system retention is not supported. Note that the SWHO8C suits Honda City 2014 onwards buyers with Honda City from 2009 to 2012 should refer to the SWHO6C. Custom button remapping is available using a USB-C cable (sold separately). Pairing with the Aerpro APP8 Headunit Secondary ISO Harness (sold separately) is recommended.
