The Aerpro SAFT01 is an Infolink adapter interface for compatible Alfa Romeo, Fiat, and Peugeot vehicles that retains factory steering wheel controls and provides on-screen access to vehicle menus through the aftermarket head unit display. The OEM reverse camera input is retained where the vehicle is equipped. Speed pulse, park brake, illumination, and reverse trigger outputs are provided. Note: amp remote and OEM amplifier retention are not supported on the SAFT01. Software updateable. The aftermarket head unit must have SWC compatibility and a rear camera input. Not compatible with high-definition cameras.

Product overview

Replacing the factory head unit in a compatible Alfa Romeo, Fiat, or Peugeot without a vehicle-specific interface results in loss of steering wheel controls and other OEM functions managed through the factory unit. The SAFT01 retains these functions and passes them through to the aftermarket head unit display, preserving access to the vehicle's built-in features alongside the upgraded audio system.

Steering wheel control retention covers phone button and voice assistant button compatibility in addition to standard audio controls. The OEM reverse camera is retained with PAL/NTSC auto-detection where the vehicle is equipped with a factory camera. The SAFT01 does not support OEM amplifier retention or amp remote output. The interface is not compatible with high-definition cameras.

Configuration uses selectable dipswitches for setup depending on the vehicle and head unit combination. Note: if the odometer flashes after installation, adjust the dipswitch settings to select the correct configuration. Refer to the instruction manual for full dipswitch settings.
