Product Overview

The Aerpro FP8580K2 is a vehicle-specific double DIN head unit installation kit designed for Subaru Impreza, Forester, and WRX vehicles (pre-2011 models only, without factory navigation). The kit provides everything required to complete a full aftermarket double DIN head unit installation, including a matte black fascia kit, two pairs of metal mounting brackets, a steering wheel control interface, universal patch lead, and antenna adaptor.

To simplify the installation, the kit is compatible with the Aerpro APP8 aftermarket head unit harness adapter, which connects directly from the aftermarket head unit into the steering wheel control interface harness supplied in the kit. The APP8 is not included and is sold separately. A head unit ISO harness is also not included - the Aerpro APP8 Head Unit Secondary ISO Harness is recommended and sold separately. Please note this kit is not compatible with Subaru models fitted with factory navigation, or with 2011 and later models. Aftermarket head unit must be SWC compatible and steering wheel control functions may vary from OEM functions.
